How To Use
Use the creamy pencil to shape and fill brows with short, hair-like strokes before brushing and blending with the spoolie end. Remove with e.l.f.’s Holy Hydration! e.l.f. Off Makeup Remover (sold separately).
External use only. Stop use if irritation occurs.
