Balenciaga’s ‘Hourglass’ shirt is named after its figure-defining shape. It’s been cut in Italy from cotton-poplin and has an elasticated, nipped-in waist that creates a peplum hem.

- Cut for a loose fit use the adjustable drawcord to cinch in at the waist
