As A Base Coat For Mascara:

• Apply from roots to tips of eyelashes. Do not wait until Cils Booster XL is dry before coating lashes with mascara.
• Coat lashes with mascara for desired look, or until white primer is no long visible.
• For a optimal color, intensity and a false-lash look, apply two coats of eyelash primer to bottom and top lashes, before applying mascara.

As A Nighttime Eyelash Conditioner:

• After cleansing face, apply Cils Booster XL to bare lashes.
